Cancellation guideline

Some items in our shop can be offered as a subscription, pre -order or testing before buying. In these cancellation conditions, it shows how you can change or cancel this type of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you complete a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These depend on the duration and fraud you selected. Your payment data will be saved safely. Every delivery will be charged unless you make the payment in advance. Some subscriptions can automatically extend at the end of their term. If you don't want to extend a subscription, you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do this at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription. You can find more details on returns and reimbursements in our return guideline.

Pre -re -orders
If you give up a pre -order, you buy a product that is not in stock or will be available shortly, but is currently not in stock. It may be that we do not collect payment or partial payment in the checkout, save your payment method and then carry out and move the entire or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid advance order that has not yet been carried out. If the order has been carried out, you cannot cancel the order, but you can apply for a complete or partial refund. Test before buying
If you buy an article to try it out, we authorize your payment method before we run the order. You have a certain amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the article. If the deadline has passed and you have not returned the article, we will burden your payment method with the full amount.
