Right of withdrawal

We grant a 30-day right of return. This means that after receiving your article you have 30 days to request a return.

In order to be entitled to return, the article must be in the the same state in which you have received it, be unused, unused and provided with labels and are in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or a different proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us and instructions on how and where you should send the package. Articles that are returned to us without being requested beforehand are not accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order when receiving and contact us immediately if the article is defective or damaged or if you have received an incorrect article so that we can evaluate and fix the problem.


Exceptions / not entitled to return
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. B. perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), special designs (e.g. special orders or personalized articles) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept any returns of dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a special article.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from offer items or vouchers.


Exchange
The return of the article received is the fastest way to get the desired article. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new article in a separate purchase.


European Union-14-day cancellation period
Regardless of this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving reasons if the goods are sent to the European Union. As described above, the article must be in the the same state in which you have received it, be unsuccessful, unused and provided with labels and are in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or a different proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return, and tell you whether the refund has been approved or not. In the event of approval, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it can take some time before your bank or credit card company has processed and booked the reimbursement.
