Shipping costs

Free shipping from an order value of €20

From an order value of €20 we ship free of charge.

For orders below €20, the following shipping costs apply – depending on the delivery address:

Germany & Austria: €4.90
Other EU countries: €6.90
Switzerland: €5.90
International (outside the EU): €19.90

All prices include statutory VAT (where applicable).

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination region and is usually:

Germany & Austria: 2–4 working days
European Union: 3–7 working days
Switzerland & International: 5–10 working days

Please note that for international shipments there may be customs- or country-related delays over which we have no control.

Shipping providers & tracking

We ship our products with selected, reliable shipping providers.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Deliveries outside the EU (customs & duties)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These costs are to be borne by the recipient and are not covered by WhyteDOT.

Free returns within the EU.
